Cutting Bell Peppers and.......

I'm making corn relish today, and was cutting red bell peppers, when I found 2 little peppers growing inside the big one I was cutting. I've actually not seen this before, and thought it was pretty cool. And yes...I did use those little volunteers in the relish! No sense wasting them!

So, I've had a bit of an unscheduled hiatus. You know what they say....the best laid plans of mice and men........ 

Thanks to hurricane Ian, there have been set backs in the gardens, the house restoration, and other activities that I had planned. The key word being HAD! But now, hopefully things are staring to move and grove and I may finally be starting to see things move. 

So while there won't be much on getting the property together yet (but there will be), i will be talking about the plans I have for the urban farm and the restoration of the house. We'll also talk food, crafts, finds for the house and gardens, and more. 

I will also be updating links, titles and more on this blog, as well as on the others. I will mention that the sister blog to "TNCH" "Restoration Kitchen", has been rebranded to "Lessons From My Kitchen" and has been started up once again. 

So please bear with me as I regroup, re start and as in the case of "LFMK"..rebrand. (At this time, "TNCH" will be remaining the same.) I think you'll enjoy what is ahead.
